  • Yoga class with less flow, more alignment with plenty of time to settle in. Best class for newer yogis and for beginner yogis, and anyone who wants a good stretch. 
  • Classes are slower and include plenty of options to help you find your way into a posture.

Sweat Yoga

Not suitable for Beginners, very challenging  

  • A detoxifying and fun yoga with dynamic movement and plenty of core. Bring a towel. Bring a water bottle. 
  • Bring a little energy & prepare to have a great work-out! And yes, to sweat.
  • There is no "set" series for this class, instead this class is like power flow class.

Power Yoga

Not suitable for Beginners

  • Challenging, detoxifying and fun. 
  • Yes, you will sweat. Bring a towel and a little energy to this vinyasa-style yoga class. 
  • Based on traditional vinyasa style yoga.

Yin Yoga

Good for Beginners

  • Yoga that targets your connective tissue, joints and fascia. Longer holds to work the yin tissue. 
  • This is a cooling practice, so dress warmly. Bring a blanket or a sweater.
  • We have bolsters and blocks for use in studio.

Detoxifying and fun

  • Not based on traditional heath, this style of yoga targets the energetic body through breathing, meditations, mantra, and movements called "kris."

Flow Yoga

The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.
